What do you charge for a massage?
A massage can range from 40 to 150 dollars lasting anywhere from 30 to 120 minutes. Each session is different and may only involve a specific area on the body or an all over body massage.

Are there different types of massages?
There are several types of massages and I am specialized in Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Prenatal, Swedish, etc.
Do you provide in-home massages and will it cost me extra?
I provide in-home massage. There will be a setup and travel fee. Music, massage table, and hot towels will all be provided.
Would a massage help my nerve pain/damage?
Massaging the injury that resulted in the nerve pain could mitigate the damage and motivate the body to repair, heal, and relieve pain and stress.
Are there other massage therapist in the area?
Provided I do not meet the needs or criteria of a client, I would be able to refer you to another Massage Therapist or Chiropractor in our area.
How long have you been in business?
Prior to settling on Central Avenue in Faribault, I started my business from home at the end of 2021.
Do you suggest aftercare following my appointment?
When appropriate, I may suggest or provide techniques that you could use in the safety of your own home following an appointment.
Can a massage help me if I had a stroke?
Massage can help with stiffness and the pain that follows. Ongoing care could increase mobility, mitigate pain and stiffness, and overall be helpful and beneficial emotionally.
Can I choose music that I enjoy during my massage?
A music streaming platform will be used in my office and there are several music options provide.
Can I see a regular Massage Therapist if I am pregnant?
We provide Prenatal Massages for those who are pregnant.
What if I have to use the restroom while getting a massage?
A session would pause during and then resume after a need for a break.
