About Us
I am a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping others. After completing my education at the Aveda Arts and Science Institute of Minneapolis, I began my career serving the City of Faribault, MN. I am located in the Depot Square with elevator access.
My goal is to provide a range of massage services that can address injuries, relaxation, pain relief, and stress reduction. I offer neck and back sessions, full body massages, Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, prenatal, geriatric, trigger point therapy, and custom tailored massages. Sessions are available in a range of lengths, from 30 minutes to 120 minutes.
My goal is to leave my clients feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, with a sense of comfort and serenity. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, anxiety, work, injury, or the stresses of daily life, I am here to help you achieve a state of relaxation and well-being.

The entire body including the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, stomach, feet, legs, glutes and back.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage
The most common of all and involves 5 methods, including effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration, and tapotement.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue
A Deep Tissue Massage is done by using more steady and deep strokes.
Reflexology
Reflexology
A Reflexology Session may be focused on pressure points on the ears, hands, face, eyes and would absorb into a full body massage.
Geriatric
Geriatric
Geriatric massages are Ideal for Seniors who may need reduced pressure and friction during their Massage Session.

I am 48 this is my first full body hour massage. It was amazing. She was amazing. It was beautiful relaxing and she is very professional and made me very comfortable getting unclothed and under the sheet. I left feeling both extremely relaxed not wanting to do anything to very quickly so invigorating I better ride the wave and do everything. Finally no tension Cannot wait to return. She also squeezed me in because I was hurting which I appreciate. Highly recommend her .. 10 stars

I went here for a prenatal massage and was Not disappointed!! Brooke made sure I was totally comfortable with pillows/cushions and focused on areas that needed the most attention. She was so sweet and personable, I will for sure be back! 10/10 recommend

I've had two massages so far and they have been very beneficial for me. Brooke provides a very comfortable relaxing atmosphere. You are able to choose from several different types of massages. If you are looking for relaxation and/or pain relief I highly recommend you checkout M.M.M. Serenity.

I just had my first massage there today and it was amazing! I had a sudden and intense neck and shoulder pain that had been causing me pain, and it got very bad this morning. Desperate, I booked a massage. She called me and booked me as soon as she could and she did not disappoint!! While there she worked hard on the places I needed but gentle enough because I’m pregnant. I left in a daze of relaxation and could feel its effects immediately. My headache was gone and so was my neck pain. The best massage I’ve had in ages! Book her if you ever need it, it’s completely worth it!!
